Description
This material corresponds to the short-acting GRF(1-29) analogue — the one the literature and the market call Modified GRF (1-29) or "CJC-1295 without DAC". It is regularly confused with CJC-1295 with DAC, a molecule carrying an albumin-binding linker and entirely different pharmacokinetics; they are different compounds.
The material is intended for laboratory research. Batch identity can be confirmed only after the relevant analytical documentation is reviewed.
Research context
The GRF(1-29) backbone is the shortest active GHRH fragment; four amino-acid substitutions increase the molecule's stability. The class's key clinical data belong to the DAC version (JCEM, 2006). The difference between the versions is covered in our comparison article.
